Description
This 1991 BMW 5 Series 520 petrol Saloon manual is an unfinished project and has the makings of a investable and classic vehicle. Whilst it was started as an Alpina replica with ideas by the customer of making it a turbo vehicle it was abandoned and remains unfinished. It benefits from having had a repaint (although it does have a few marks here and there having been in the yard) it has had some welding done to the sills and may need a small amount on the floor pans. It benefits from new clutch, chain, renewed ancillaries like power steering pump, alternator starter motor, all service items, EBC brakes all round, suspension arms, springs, shocks. Upgraded Sports Radiator, Exhaust System, Angel Eye Headlights and so much more that we can’t remember. It has also had a trim delete on the exterior.
It does need an anti roll bar link, it will need the exhaust manifold reattaching as this is off completely, it will need a lambda sensor also. Undoubtedly there will be a few other bits too once its back to running properly. The Interior has been removed and needs refitting, the only consideration here is a section of carpet went missing but we have the passenger front floor section in a different colour so this will need dying to match. Generally everything should be there for the interior but again we would say that some bits may be missing or you may choose to replace.
